Frank LeRoy Johnson
Frank LeRoy Johnson, age 76, of North East, died on
Saturday, November 24, 2018 at Twinbrook Medical
Center. He was born on September 16, 1942 in Franklin,
Pa. the son of the late Joseph Charles and Clara
Emigene (Clark) Johnson. Frank
was formerly employed as a welder
by General Electric for 37 years
until retiring in 1997.
He was preceded in death by his
parents and a brother, Paul Johnson
and 1 granddaughter. Frank is
survived by his wife of 38 years, Susan
Joy (Filegar) Johnson whom he
married March 29, 1980; children,
Thelma Burrows (Mike) of Spartanburg,
Pa., Jeff Johnson of Spartanburg, Pa., Sandy
Crossley (Kenneth) of Panama, N.Y., Amy Swantner
(Mike) of Saxonburg, Pa., and Linda Allegretto (Anthony)
of Harborcreek, Pa.; a sister, Linda Lanfair of
Jonesboro, Ariz.; 13 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral
Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Tuesday
from 11:00 A.M. until time of a funeral service at 1:00
P.M. Officiating the service is Pastor Kimberly A.

Sandy and Family,,,Just wanted to say I am so sorry for your loss. I know this has been a hard road to walk, but you can be proud of the care you all gave your dad/hubby over the last few years. Praying you all through another hard day ahead.

God has yet taking another angel from us he was a great man always quick with a joke always made me laugh we had a lot of good memories and he will always hold a place in mine and my families heart he was a good friend and will be missed greatly love you all family and friends God bless him all the way
