William C. Wheeler, age 59, of Ripley, died on Sunday June 5, 2022 at St. Vincent Hospital due to complications from surgery. He was preceded in death by his father. William is survived by his mother, five siblings, three children, and four grandchildren. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Thursday from 6:00 P.M. till 8:00 P.M.
