Wayne Dale Rudenski

Wayne Dale Rudenski, age 72, of North East, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, at his residence.

He was born on August 15, 1952, in Erie, PA to the late Zygmund and Betty Lou (Locke) Rudenski. 

Wayne graduated from Wattsburg High School in 1970 and was formerly employed by Welch Foods for 39 years until retirement.

Wayne loved spending time with his grandchildren, cooking, reading, bird watching, gardening and was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Ronald Rudenski.

He is survived by his children, LeAnn Rudenski (Bobby) and Mark Rudenski (Rachel); grandchildren, Charlie and Sophia Rudenski; sisters, Debbie Rudenski (Janette) and Dee Dee Hansen (Ivan); nieces, Amber Kuras (Eric) and Kaitlyn Frye (Justin); great-niece and great-nephews, Lainee Frye, Noah Kuras and Jaxson Kuras along with great friends and close neighbors Jim and Sue Hughes.

Family and friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday, September 1, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m.
