Susan Joy (Filegar) Johnson

Susan Joy (Filegar) Johnson, age 72, of North East, passed away on February 9, 2025, at her residence.  She was born on September 5, 1952, in San Bernardino, CA, to the late Leo Filegar and Virginia (Trott) Filegar.

Susan enjoyed gardening, crafting and spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Frank LeRoy Johnson; sister, Beth Filegar, brother, Charles Filegar and an infant son and daughter.

Susan is survived by her daughters, Sandy Crossley (Kenneth) of Panama, NY, Amy Swanterner (Mike) of Saxonburg, PA and Linda Allegretto (Tony) of Harborcreek; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
