Susan C Dickey

Susan C. Dickey, age 57, of Ripley, NY passed away on Saturday November 25th, 2023 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born on December 28th, 1965 in Erie, PA to the late Kenneth Wright and Mary Myers.

Susan graduated from the St. Vincent School of Nursing where she earned her RN degree.

She was formerly employed as a RN by Hamot Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, and St. Vincent Hospital until retirement.

Susan loved spending time with her family and pets and enjoyed cooking, canning, and gardening.

She was preceded in death by her parents; children, Josh Dickey and Ashley Dickey; and a great-aunt, Virginia Fox.

Susan is survived by her husband of 31 years, Kevin Dickey whom she married on November 14th, 1992; children, Rachel Dickey, Michael Dickey, and Kristina Dickey; and brother and sister-in-law, Mark and Sheila Dickey.

Family and friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until time of a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Co-officiating the service is Pastor Phil Johnson and Elder Michael Freligh. Private interment will be held at Quincy Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
