Stacy R. (Wyrich) Breter, age 48, of North East, peacefully went to be with the Heavenly Angels on Sunday February 6, 2022 holding the hands of her sisters. She was born on May 2, 1973 in Erie, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Michael A. and Christine L. (Brainard) Wyrich. Stacy graduated North East High School in 1991 and was employed by Tidewater Mortgage as a mortgage specialist. She was a member of the North East American Legion Post 105 and The East Erie Moose Lodge. She was active in Erie's business networking groups and Paula S. Cousins Ovarian & Endometrial Cancer Foundation, as well as multiple golfing and bowling leagues. Throughout her lifetime, Stacy was the most kindest, generous, loving, and selfless individual that a parent, sister, and friend could ever have. She had the most beautiful brightest smile and contagious laugh that was enjoyed by many. Stacy loved life, family, and friends who she surrounded with love and loyal support. She had an amazing impact on this world by making everyone she met feel as if they were most important person in her life. Stacy was also a well known "best hugger" and is now probably the resident "hugger greeter" in Heaven, as the Lord gained another Angel watching over us. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents William and Nina Wyrich and Margaret Wyrich; maternal grandparents, Burch and Lotti Brainard. She is survived by her parents, Michael and Christine Wyrich, sisters, Kimberly Leicht (Douglas) of Cranesville, PA, Kelly Hamman of North East, and Tamara Walters (Nathan) of North East; former husband, Craig Breter of Findley Lake, brother in-law Mark Hamman of North East; nieces and nephews, Zackary Leicht (Rylie), Zane Leicht, C1A Kane Hamman, Owen Hamman, Mette Schultz (Tim), Monroe Walters, Summit Walters; a great-nephew, Ace Leicht, a great-niece, Emily Schultz; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins. The family would specificially like to thank Ashlee Forsythe of Community Nursing Services of North East for going above and beyond to help them find the strength to bring Stacy home, find her comfort, and mantain dignity, respect and continued control in her journey. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. and Monday from noon until time of a Celebration of Life Service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
