Shirleen (Ames) Wolfe

Shirleen (Ames) Wolfe, 78, of North East, passed away on Monday April 21, 2025 at her residence.

She was born on April 5, 1947 in Erie, PA to the late Fred Arvikson and Shirley Ames.

Shirleen known as "nana" loved spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; step-father who raised her, Clarence Ames; sisters, Debra Hurley and Linda Ames; and half-sister, Patty Arvikson.

Shirleen is survived by her husband, Harry Wolfe; daughters, Tammy Davis (Charlie) and Laura Dana (Bud); step-son, Matt Dana; sister, Pam Frelt, brothers, Clarence Ames and Joseph Ames; mother-in-law, Ethel Wolf; sister-in-law, Sis Groves (Duff); grandchildren, Amanda Dana, Kayla Beach, and Tyler Davis; and 6 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until time of a prayer service at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
