Sheila K Rizzo

NORTH EAST - Sheila K. Rizzo, age 73, of North East and Erie, passed away on Friday October 14, 2022 at Walnut Creek Healthcare. She was born on March 6, 1949 in Erie, Pennsylvania the daughter of the late Thomas John and Joan M. (Edmunds) Rizzo. Sheila graduated St. Gregory High School and North East High School. She was formerly employed by Marquette Savings Bank for several years. Sheila was a member of St. Gregory Thaumaturgus Church and enjoyed fishing, gardening, dancing, and sunsets at the beach. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her nephew, Devlin C. Rizzo. Sheila is survived by her children; Timothy P. Reese and Melissa Reese-Miller (Todd); brothers, Stephen J. Rizzo (Marilyn), Scott T. Rizzo (Erin), and Shawn J. Rizzo; and a granddaughter, Emerson Nicole Reese. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Tuesday from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and are invited to attend a Prayer Service on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gregory Thaumaturgus Church, 48 South Pearl Street, North East.
