Sandra J (Kuhn) Skowronski

NORTH EAST - Sandra J. (Kuhn) Skowronski, age 80, of North East, passed away on Monday, November 28, 2022, at Sarah Reed Senior Living. She was born on December 21, 1941, in Erie, Pa., the daughter of the late John Jacob Kuhn II and Helen (Markovich) Kuhn.

Sandra loved spending time with her family and enjoyed shopping and playing cards.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Zackery Swan; a sister, Donna Stazer; son- in-law, Blaine Buterbaugh, Jr.; and her former husband, Larry Skowronski, Sr.

Sandra is survived by her children, Michelle Luke (Eric) of North East, Larry Skowronski, Jr. (Gloria) of Franklin, Va., Cheryl Phillips (Bill) of North East, and Denise Swan (Francis) of North East; brother, John Kuhn of Florida; sister, Kathy Carey of Ripley; grandchildren, Shawn, Angela, Rachel, Blaine, Kim, Kelly, Stephen, Brett, Elizabeth, Larry III, Sarah, and Rebekah; several great-grandchildren; and Sandra’s special caregiver, Leah.

Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East, on Sunday December 4th from 3:00 p.m. until time of a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. Private interment will be held at North East Cemetery.
