Sandra (Ingrao) Bowen

Sandra (Ingrao) Bowen, age 78, of North East, passed away on Tuesday March 11, 2025 at Twinbrook Health Care.

She was born on May 22, 1946 in Erie, Pennsylvania to the late Santo F. and Carmella (Quagliana) Ingrao.

Sandra attended St. Gregory School and was formerly employed by McMillin Co., Aunt Fanny Donuts, May Flower Donuts, and Better Baked Foods in North East.

She enjoyed collecting teddy bears and listening to Elvis music.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Hugh L. Bowen; sisters, Connie Dye and Ann Wolf.

She is survived by sons Claude Bowen and Douglas Bowen; grandchildren, Justine Hosier (David), Joseph Bowen, Alexis Bowen, and Alyssa Bowen; great-grandchildren, Alexis, Dayton, Ashton, Jadon, and Jasmine; and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Monday March 17th from 3:00 p.m. until time of a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com.
