S Jeanette (Beebe) Pierce

S. Jeanette (Beebe) Pierce, 87, of North East passed away on Sunday November 30, 2025 at her residence surrounded by her family.

She was born on November 18, 1938 in Erie, PA to the late Carl H. and Severina (Foster) Beebe.

Jeanette graduated from Wattsburg High School and worked at Valone's Brooklyn Grocery for over 40 years.

She was a member of the Greenfield Baptist Church and loved spending time with her family and being around people especially at work. 

Jeanette was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert E. Orton; daughter, Joann Park; and brother, Larry Charles Beebe.

She is survived by her sons, Kurt L. Orton (Libby) and Robert W. Orton (Crystal); sisters, Alma Bisbee and Donna Cass (Henry); brother, Carl E. Beebe; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and family may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Saturday December 6th from 11:00 a.m. until time of a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Officiating the service is Pastor Dan Cass.
