Rylee Nichole Doyle, 28, of North East, passed away on Monday March 2, 2026 after a courageous longterm battle with alcoholism.
She was born on April 28, 1997 to Lucinda (Carr) Doyle and the late Michael Doyle.
Rylee graduated from North East High School and was a personal CNA caregiver for many individuals who she dearly loved. Rylee also had a passion for rescuing stray cats as she had 3 of her own which she loved dearly.
Despite her best efforts to break free from the chains of addiction, including multiple attempts at treatment, the grip of this disease was too strong. Rylee fought until the very end, never surrendering her hope for a better life. Rylee was a bright light to all that knew her.
She was preceded in death by her father; maternal grandparents, Margaret Butts and Louis Martina (Judy); and aunts, Trina Carr and Mari Doyle.
Rylee is survived by her mother; brother, Chase Doyle; sister, Trista Wilson; grandparents, Mickey and Carol Doyle; nephew, Drew Boniconti; niece, who she loved like a daughter and shared a special bond with, Aubrey Wilson;
She is also survived by her loving aunts and uncles, Aunt Kelly Burger (Jim), Uncle Tim Doyle, Uncle Greg Carr and Aunt Leanne DiNicola. Rylee also leaves behind several cousins and her boyfriend of 8 years Dirk Milner whom she shared a deep love and many happy memories.
Rylee's family loved her unconditionally. While we are heartbroken, we take comfort in knowing Rylee suffers no more and is finally at peace. We hope Rylee's story can serve as a warning to others and help break the stigma surrounding addiction. If you or a loved one are struggling please know it's never too late to ask for help.
Private funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East. Private interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com.
