Paul Richards "Rick" Fuller

Paul Richards "Rick" Fuller, 81, of Ripley, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025 at UPMC Hamot.

He was born on February 7, 1944 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Paul H. and Gayle (Vetter) Fuller.

Rick graduated from North East High School in 1962 and served in the United States Air Force as a weapons mechanic. After discharge, he studied at the University of Buffalo.

He was formerly employed by Electric Material as a Foreman in both the plating and busbar departments for 35 years until retirement. 

Rick was a member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in North East. He supported many military and humanitarian causes. He was a proud veteran and loved his country. In March, he was honored during a Vietnam War Era Veteran Commemoration ceremony. 

Rick was a motorcycle enthusiast, building and rebuilding many Harleys over the years. He was a deep thinker, life long seeker of knowledge and loved a good conversation. He was a man of many talents. Rick could be found with a book in one hand, petting the dog with the other hand, and always listening to music. He lived life to its fullest and loved his family and friends immensely.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Priscilla Howe Fuller; children, Bill (Monica) Fuller and Amanda (Russell) Neill; sisters, Susan Allan (Phillip), Tracy Vogt, and Hallie Smith; brothers, Mark (Janet) Fuller, and Harry Fuller; sister-in-law, Cheryl Berg (Pat Sallin); granddaughters, Ellie and Vivienne Fuller; and very special cousins and friends and several nieces and nephews. Also loyal Schipperke companion, Penny. 

The family wishes to extend sincere gratitude to Hamot 8 IU staff and MICU Team for their extraordinary care, dignity, and respect given to Rick. 

Private funeral arrangements are being entrusted to the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East. Memorials may be made to the ANNA Shelter, 1555 East 10th Street Erie, PA 16511.
