Patricia L (McQueeney) Michaels

Patricia L. (McQueeney) Michaels, age 79, of Harborcreek, passed away on Monday December 12, 2022 at Parkside at Glenwood. She was born on February 27, 1943 in Indiana, PA the daughter of the late Thomas and Hazel (Reynolds) McQueeney. Patricia graduated Harborcreek High School and obtained a nursing degree. She was formerly employed as a private nurse by Bethel Home and Gospel Hill in Erie. Patricia was a member of the Greenfield Baptist Church and volunteered at the North East Community Food Pantry and homeless shelters in Erie. She enjoyed playing Dominoes and cards with her friends, baking, and camping. Patricia was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Thomas, Harry, Theodore, and Howard McQueeney; and a sister, Pearl Roseto. She is survived by her husband 58 years Thomas H. Michaels whom she married May 2, 1964; children, Rhonda Allison (Jesse) of Erie, Todd Michaels (Michelle) of Fairview, and Renee Warner (Mike) of Chicago; sister, Elsie Clark of Wesleyville; brother, Paul McQueeney (Carolyn) of Dayton, OH; grandchildren, Jessica, Hunter, Evan, Sara, Payton, Alyssa, and Donald; great-grandchildren, Riley, Gabriel, and Jenna; and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Greenfield Baptist Church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until time of a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. Officiating the service is Pastor Dan Cass.
