Morgan Fey Lash, 17, of North East, passed away on Sunday October 5, 2025 at Children's Hospital in Pittsburgh.
She was born on January 12, 2008 in Erie, Pennsylvania to Bryan J. and Terri J. (Harding) Lash of North East.
Morgan was a senior at North East High School where she played trumpet in the LMBA Championship winning North East High School Marching Band and Concert Band. She was passionate about vocals and sang in the High School Chorus and at the PMEA District Chorus Festival. She enjoyed Cosplay, sewing, art, and learning various languages. She loved studying and learning about other cultures. She was a kind individual and loved helping others. She befriended everyone and everything. As her final act of helping others, she was an organ donor per her wish.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Allen and Dorothy Harding and aunt, Trisha Harding.
Morgan is survived by her parents; brothers, Drake Lash, William Lash, and Gaven Swearingen; grandparents, Becky and Doug Lash; uncles, Mike Lash and Sean Lash; aunts, Tamara Pratt, Tina Harding, and Tracy Wynia; and cousins, Braley Lash, Kason Lash, Tyler Wynia, and Natalie Wynia.
Friends and family may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday, October 12, from 2:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. when there will be a time of remembrance service.
