Mary B (Kunselman) Chapman

Mary B. (Kunselman) Chapman, 78, of North East passed away on Thursday, March 25, 2021 at Forestview Healthcare Center. She was born on May 12, 1942 in Brookville, PA, the daughter of the late William and Helen Buena (Whiteman) Kunselman. She was employed by Welch Foods for several years and was a member of the Teamster Union. Mary enjoyed knitting, crocheting, puzzles, camping, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard G. Chapman; a grandson, Dakota Chapman; sisters, Rose Platt, and Kay Fedlt; a son-in-law, Jamey Barnette; and a sister-in-law, Sandy Kunselman. She is survived by her children, Richard Chapman Jr. (Alicia) of Wesleyville, Lisa Roth (Paul) of Erie, Wade Chapman of Harborcreek, and Rhonda Barnett (Joey) of North East; sister, Adella Kunselman; brother, James Kunselman; grandchildren, Matthew (MSgt), Jamison, Lindsay, Brittany, Kyle, Krysta, Kara, Carlianne, Kelsey, Destiny, Bethany; as well as several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Harborcreek Fire Department, 7275 Buffalo Road, Harborcreek, PA 16421. Funeral arrangements are being handled by the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East.
