Julia E (Selkregg) Wilkinson

Julia E. (Selkregg) Wilkinson, 93, of North East, passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2022 at her granddaughter's residence in Butler. She was born on July 8, 1928 in Erie, PA, the daughter of the late James and Eileen (Stetler) Selkregg. Julia graduated from North East High School and was a dedicated home maker. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church of North East and enjoyed puzzles, her bowling league, and spending time with her family. Julia was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Ivan Wilkinson whom she lost in 2003; brother, George Selkregg; sisters, Ruth Loomis, Lillian Steff, Jane Magee, Barbara Allen, and Harriet Molk. She is survived by her daughters, Jane Cleary of Louisville, KY and Gail Cady of Butler, PA; grandchildren, Jennifer Cady, Michael Cleary, and Tim Cleary; and great-grandchildren, Cole Cleary and Cullen Cleary. Private funeral arrangements are being handled by the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East. Private interment will be held at North East Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
