Joanne (Kloss) Conti

Joanne Kloss Conti completed her journey to Jesus on August 6, 2022; leaving survivors of a rather large family and many friends. While she expressed wishes for no great fanfare, we are compelled to mention some of the achievements of her life. She graduated from Wattsburg Area High School in 1972, Gannon College in 1976, and the GE Apprentice Program. Her career included Gannon-Athletic Department, General Electric Manufacturing, Lord Corporation Management, and teaching in a number of local school districts. She liked to punctuate life with "God Winks" and smiles. Our thanks to all who treasured her in life. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Thursday from 5:00 P.M. till 7:00 P.M. and are invited to a prayer service on Friday at 10:00 A.M. at the funeral home followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 A.M. from St. Gregory Church. Interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery.
