Jean Christy (Hutchison) Hunter

Jean Christy Hunter, age 92, of North East, PA passed on August 28, 2023, at Brevillier Village.  She was born on September 12, 1930, in Kittanning, PA to Florence and James Hutchinson.

Jean graduated from Aspinwall High School and Connelly School of Business.  She was a china and folk-art painter.  Jean enjoyed bus trips, weekly shopping with Dixie and Sunday family breakfasts.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Lynn Ann and husband, George of 60 years.

Jean is survived by son, George W. Hunter (Sue) of Harborcreek; daughter, Gwen L. Jannello (Dan) of Tarentum, PA; grandsons, Robert Wenskovitch (Sherry) and Craig Wenskovitch (Kristen).  Also, survived by great granddaughters, Avalon and Adriana; great grandson Austin.
