Izac Edison Babilonia has shed his earthly body. He passed away May 3rd 2023 in Erie, PA. Izac was a dynamic human being who could fit the whole world in his heart and tried to carry it on his shoulders. He wished peace and happiness upon others, even at times when he struggled to find contentment for himself.
A sensitive soul and curious spirit, Izac was born March 1st 1999, in Millcreek, PA. He sought truth and meaning in all things, and believed loving relationships with family and friends to be of the utmost importance. Izac was glad to be a helping hand whenever possible. As much as he loved people, Izac loved animals and connected easily with them.
With a truly vivid imagination, Izac enjoyed many forms of art including cooking, music, drawing, and digital photography. He loved the color green, and his favorite musician was SwuM. Izac was passionate about gaming with friends and all things Studio Ghibli, especially Spirited Away. He also adored Jim Henson productions. Izac was adventurous, swimming with sharks and climbing Hawaii’s Stairway to Heaven. Izac’s vivacious energy was infectious, and he could command a room with his wit and humor. Izac wanted to learn a skilled trade and worked at several local businesses.
Izac was loved by friends far and wide and was preceded in death by his great-grandmothers Josephine Beebe and Patricia Batts; his grandmother Christine Beebe Batts; and his grandfather Thomas Babilonia.
Izac is survived by father Edward Babilonia; mother Amanda Wesley (Jason Bahm); bonus mom Judith Stitt (Jack); former step-father Shawn Reslink; great-grandmother Judy Martina; his grandfathers Duane Wesley and Jack Batts; grandmothers Luz Babilonia, Raejean Orton, and Lorrie Reslink (Eric); sisters Audrey Reslink, Sydney Reslink, Amariah Galbreath (Max), and Evangeline Babilonia; several aunts and uncles, including Amy Parrett (Troy), Anna Wesley, Ayla Wesley, Daniel Wesley (Amanda Samulewski), Thomas Wesley (Hannah McDonald), Andrea Wesley, Marianne Dickinson (Casey); and many, many cousins.
