Harry L Roggenkamp

Harry L. Roggenkamp, age 83, of North East, passed away on Monday December 16, 2024 at St. Vincent Hospital.

He was born on July 9, 1941 in Titusville, Pennsylvania to the late Frederick and Marie (Heistermann) Roggenkamp.

Harry graduated from Titusville High School in 1959 and attended Devry Technical Institute.

He was a veteran of the Vietnam War Era serving in the United States Air Force.

Harry was employed by General Electric as an electrical tester for 41 years until retirement.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, gardening, and Erie SeaWolves games.

Harry was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Robert, William, Frederick, and Jack Stull and Alfred, Richard, and Ned Roggenkamp; and his granddaughter, Janelle Marion.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years Shirley E. (Longberg) whom he married March 5, 1971; children, Vicki Seymour (Gordon), Robin Coburn (Rodney), Carrie Theiss (Jon), and Tracy Marion (John); and 10 grandchildren.

Family and friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Friday from 12:00 pm until time of a funeral service at 2:00 pm at the funeral home.
