Gregory Daniel Discher

Gregory Daniel Discher, 27, born 11/23/1998, of North East, PA passed away unexpectedly on 3/11/2026. Greg attended Creekside Christian School, Graduate of North East High School and Indiana University of Pennsylvania for a year. He was a kind soul to all who knew him. Greg loved football! He played Little Gridders, Junior and Senior High football for North East High School. His favorite team was the Philadelphia Eagles! He earned a High Red Belt in Taekwondo at an early age. Greg was an uncle to his nieces and nephews, who always looked up to him. He loved them all. Greg worked for the Wilkins Company of Erie as a Lead Fire Alarm inspector for the last 5 years. Greg brought so much joy into our lives, and he will be sadly missed and forever Loved by his mom Elizabeth Discher and dad Daniel Discher both from North East, PA; brother Richard Discher of North East, PA; sister Donna King of Vincennes, Indiana; a special cousin Tiauna Schweitzer and many uncles, aunts and cousins. Also, we would like to thank the Wilkins Company for being there for Greg. He was excited about having a new position and a chance for promotion. Thanks to Jake, Aden and Nick his best friends for their support.

Friends and family may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, from 3 to 6 PM and are invited to attend funeral services on Thursday at 11 AM at the funeral home.
