Gene "Geno" W Lunney

Gene "Geno" W. Lunney, age 86, of Tampa, FL formerly of North East, passed away on Thursday December 14, 2023 at the VA Hospital in Tampa, FL.

He was born on July 25, 1937 in Atlantic City, New York to the late George W. Lunney and Grace E. (Devereaux) Lunney Shull.

Gene graduated Cranberry High School and was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the United States Army.

He was formerly employed by Cramer Motors for 30 years until retirement in 2006.

Gene was a member of the Church of God Church and the North East American Legion Post 105.

He enjoyed fishing, gardening, and canoeing.

Gene was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Diane (Conant) Lunney; and brother, George W. Lunney.

He is survived by his son, Gene William Lunney of Tampa, FL.
