Gary Allen Motherwell

Gary Allen Motherwell, 77, of North East, passed away on Thursday January 8, 2026 at St. Vincent Hospital.

He was born on April 21, 1948 in Erie, PA to the late Bobby Allen and Myrtle Marie (Garrity) Motherwell.

Gary was employed at Electrical Materials in North East for many years until retirement.

He loved doing wood working and being on his computer. Gary also enjoyed riding his big red around town, going through the park, and shopping at local stores.

Gary was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Dave Edgar Motherwell and John Arthur Motherwell; and sisters, Nancy Jane Colter and Judy Lee Palmer.

He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Karen (Pratt) Motherwell whom he married April 21, 2000; son, Bobby Allen Motherwell; daughter, Anne Marie Sheridan; step-daughters, Terri L. Chandler and Beth Ann Chandler; step-son, Gilbert D. Henry (Lovette); sisters, Francis Rose Miller and Alta Ruth Skinner; grandson, Tye Henry; and friend and caregiver, Tina Boniconti.
