Dianna "Diane" L Schermerhorn

Dianna L. Schermerhorn Yost, 60, of North East passed away on Monday May 4, 2026 at her residence. She was born on July 31, 1965 in Erie, PA to the late Lorna (Nordquest) Schermerhorn.

Dianna was a homemaker, and loved spending time with her family, shopping at Walmart, watching TV, and Pepsi with no sugar.

Dianna was proceeded in death by her brothers Ronald Carey, David J. Schermerhorn, Bert Sensabaugh, Danny Carey; and her sister Shirley Jackson.

 She is survived by her husband James Yost Jr. son Bobby Yost; and brothers John E. Schermerhorn of Washington, Richard Schermerhorn of Westfield New York, and Kenny Carey of Virginia.

A private graveside service was conducted at Grahamville cemetery. Memorials may be made to the family in care of the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East. Please send condolences to elkinfh.com
