Curtis G Coburn

Curtis G. Coburn, Sr., age 77, of Harborcreek, passed away on Monday December 6, 2021 at his residence. He was born on April 23, 1944 in Erie, Pennsylvania the son of the late Gerald and Roselyn (Curtis) Coburn. Curtis graduated high school and was formerly employed as a heavy equipment operator and worked as a Long Haul Trucker for over 40 years. After retirement, he was employed by the Chautauqua Institution as a bus driver during the tourist season. He enjoyed RVing and spent four winters in Southern Alabama. Curtis also loved watching veterinarian shows on television while holding his little dog, Bandet. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Lyle Coburn; granddaughter, Sabrina Marie Houser; and great-grandson, Colter Benjamin Sandberg. Curtis is survived by his wife of 58 years, Deborah (Eimers) Coburn whom he married June 28, 1963; children, Curtis Coburn, Jr. (Debie) of Ripley, NY, Edward Coburn (Lisa) of Melrose, NY, Rhonda Coburn of Ripley, NY, Ro- berta Doerr (Doug) of Harborcreek; 10 brothers and sisters; 16 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchil- dren; 2 aunts; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
