Obituary

Brian James Sigrist, age 64, of Pittsfield, PA, passed away on Friday March 31, 2023 at his residence. He was born on November 4, 1958 in Erie, PA to the late James "Ziggy" and Constance (Bloom) Sigrist. Brian graduated from Harborcreek High School in 1976 and was formerly employed by General Electric as a machinist for over 30 years. He enjoyed snowmobiling, woodworking, classic cars, and spending time with good friends around a campfire having a cold beer and a good laugh. Brian is survived by his sister, Gwen Eisaman (David); children, Mark Dobson and Nicole Brown; and nephews, Keith Sayers (Heather), Matthew Sayers (Amanda), and Darrell Sayers (Michelle). Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until time of a Funeral Service at 7:00 p.m. Officiating the service is Rev. David Kuchta. Private interment will be held at Wintergreen Gorge Cemetery.
