Annelies (Inderst) Fisher

Annelies (Inderst) Fisher, age 92, of North East, passed away on Thursday November 17, 2022 at her residence. She was born on May 12, 1930 in Munich, Germany the daughter of the late Maximillion and Eleonor (Aschka) Inderst. Annelies graduated Rimerschmit High School and was formerly employed as a secretary at a bakery located in Germany. She was a member of the North East V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary and the North East Senior Center. Annelies loved spending time with her grandchildren and enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She was preceded in death by her husband, Samuel C. Fisher; brother, Hans Inderst; and sister, Eleanor Brandal. Annelies is survived by her children, Christina Goodban (James) of North East and Edward Fisher (Kathy Foltz) of North East; grandchildren, James, Robbie, and Trever Goodban and Chad Fisher and Laura Grace; and great-grandchildren, Shelby, Kaylee, Gavin, and James. Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday from noon until time of a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Interment will take place at North East Cemetery.
