Anna (Cardot) Formanski

Anna Cardot Formanski, age 75 of North East passed away on Wednesday April 1, 2026 at UPMC Hamot.

She was born March 23, 1951 in Erie to the late Robert and Gertrude Woody Cardot.

Anna was a member of Greenfield Baptist Church. She worked several years as a bookkeeper for Erie Independence House, as well as other businesses. She loved gardening and being with her grandchildren.

Anna is survived by her husband Dale J. Formanski, son Nicholas Formanski (Jamie) of North East; Grandchildren Jaycee, Brantley, and Brooklyn, Sister Martha Greiner (Ken) of Florida, several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
