My sincerest condolences to the Phelps family and friends. I worked with Dennis from 1990 to 1997 at JCI/Carlisle in Erie. The first day I met him I must admit, as a new employee and working as manufacturing engineer, he was quite intimidating. Not sure he had a whole lot of use for me but eventually I must of earned some respect as I saw him smile more and more in my presence. He will be missed.

We are very sad to hear of the passing of Dennis. I will remember all the good times and the trying times when Janet was sick. A super person who would do anything for anyone. Our deepest sympathy to his family and friends
