Mary E. (Miller) Wilkinson
Mary E. (Miller) Wilkinson, age 93, lifetime resident
of North East, died on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at
St. Mary’s East. She was born on December 8, 1924, in
North East, the daughter of the late Harold J. Miller
and Helen Parmarter Durst.
Mary was a member of St. Gregory
Catholic Church and the St. Gregory’s
Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed
helping out at the North East Cherry
Festival and was involved with
the North East Fireman’s Ladies
She was preceded in death by
her husband, Donald C. Wilkinson;
grandson, Donald Wilkinson; brother,
Joe Miller; and a sister, Sandy Truby.
Mary is survived by her sons, Donald C. Wilkinson
(Rhonda) of North East and Michael D. Wilkinson
(Linda) of North East; a brother, James Durst (Lori) of
North East; daughter-in-law, Lori Wilkinson of North
East; grandchildren, Steven Wilkinson, Charmain
Russo, and Michael Wilkinson; great-grandchildren,
Daniel, Steven, Abby, Ashley, Ally, Alex, and Matie;
and also numerous nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren,
and step-great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral
Home on Friday from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m., and are invited
to attend a prayer service on Saturday at 10 a.m.,
followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:30 a.m. at St. Gregory
Church. Interment will be held at St. Gregory Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to St. Gregory Church,
136 West Main Street, North East, PA 16428.

Sorry for your loss. We were on the same team, when I first started bowling. I know she will be missed.
