Mary Armstrong Bagley, age 90, of North East died on Monday July 17, 2017 at Ball Pavilion.  She was born on February 27, 1927 in Indiana, PA the daughter of the late Ellis W. and Daisy (Donahey) Armstrong.  Mary was formerly employed by the National Bank of North East for 23 years, retiring in 1996.  She was a member of the Park United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir for over 30 years.  Mary loved music and sang in the North East Choral Club.  She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Devere Bagley; brothers, Jack, Claire, and Orton Armstrong; and sister, Frances Buterbaugh.  Mary is survived by her daughters, Gayle Wittman (Jerome) of North East and Ruth King (Richard) of North East; sons, Martin L. Bagley (Lynette) of Conneaut Lake, and Danford J. Bagley (Carol) of North East; a brother, Ellis William Armstrong (Janet) of WV; sisters, Sara Kerr of East Springfield and Ruth Keith of Commodore, PA; 10 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.  Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 and are invited to attend a funeral service on Thursday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.  Officiating the service is Rev. Eric Leonard.  Interment Cookport Methodist Cemetery, Hillsdale, PA.  Memorials may be made to the Park United Methodist Church, 30 North Lake Street, North East, PA 16428 or Brevellier Village, 5416 East Lake Road, Erie, PA 16511.
