  Tony M. "Rico" Kutterna,  age 23, of North East, died on Wednesday December 28, 2016 due to an automobile accident.  He was born on November 21, 1993 to Fredrick Kutterna III of Erie and Colleen Wurst Gorniak of North East.  He graduated North East High School in 2012 and was currently employed by victor security as a security at UPMC Hamot.  He enjoyed cars, video games, and was an avid Carolina Panthers fan.  He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Nora Velez Kutterna.  Tony is survived by his parents; his step-father Donald Gorniak II; step-mother, Jessica Kutterna; daughter Alex Kutterna; brother Michael DeSantis of North East; sister Victoria DeSantis of North East; step-brothers, Donald Gorniak III and Peyton Gorniak; paternal grandfather, Fredrick Kutterna of Erie; maternal-grandparents, John and Lynn Wurst; aunts and uncles, Tom Wurst (Christine), Tonna Greider (David), Desiree Zeitler (Josh), Craig Wurst, Keith Wurst (Sheila), John Wurst (Lisa), Rob Gorniak (Natasia), Jen Johnson (Billy), Beth Gorniak-Savage (David), Emily Gorniak, and Kristi Gorniak; nephews, Matthew Shaffer and Kayden Shaffer of North East; also numerous cousins.  Friends may call at the William D. Elkin Funeral Home, 65 South Lake Street, North East on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 and are invited to attend a funeral service on Monday at 11:00 am at the funeral home.  Officiating the service is Ed Pierce.  Interment will be held at North East Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to the family in care of the funeral home.
