To the Abata Family,
Fr. Russ was not only a priest but a friend to me. I am deeply saddened to hear of his passing. He helped me through some very difficult and trying times in my life. His life will always leave a foot print on my soul. His poetry, his writing, his advice was always from the heart and without fear. Please accept my deepest condolences and prayers. Will miss you my friend, Even muddy puddles with settle.
